Submitting Time Sheets
Submit your company time sheets here. Please fill out all relative boxes. If you have any questions please contact the office.
Time Off Request
Please allow at least 2 weeks prior to the requested day off. If you are experiencing an emergency please contact the office
Payroll Changes
Changes take up to 2 weeks to process through. We will notify you when the change has taken place. Multiple sub missions will only delay the process.
Benefit Forms
Fill out and submit your forms 30 days from the date of hire. If you wish to not participate in coverage , please sign the waiver. All employees are offered life insurance as part of their employment here. It is not mandatory that you participate in this coverage, however if you have a desire to have this pay out to your love ones please fill the form out below.
